This Policy applies to Clients and their authorized representatives, Resources whose engagements are coordinated by Salvatech, Partners participating in any referral or commercial arrangement with Salvatech, and any other individual who interacts with Salvatech in any capacity or by any means. • "Salvatech": Salvatech Corp and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
• "Client": any company or entity that has engaged Salvatech for the provision of Services.
• "Resource": a professional whose engagement with a Client is coordinated by Salvatech directly or through its authorized network, in accordance with applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• "Partner": any individual or entity participating in Salvatech's referral program or maintaining a commercial alliance agreement with Salvatech.
• "Personal Data": any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, collected or processed by Salvatech through any channel or means.
• "Services": the full scope of services provided by Salvatech through any channel or means, whether currently offered or introduced in the future.
