Introduction

Salvatech Corp and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Salvatech," "we," "us," or "our") value the privacy of individuals who interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from users of our Services. By using our Services or providing personal information to us through any channel, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to Clients and their authorized representatives, Resources whose engagements are coordinated by Salvatech, Partners participating in any referral or commercial arrangement with Salvatech, and any other individual who interacts with Salvatech in any capacity or by any means. Definitions
  • "Salvatech": Salvatech Corp and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
  • "Client": any company or entity that has engaged Salvatech for the provision of Services.
  • "Resource": a professional whose engagement with a Client is coordinated by Salvatech directly or through its authorized network, in accordance with applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • "Partner": any individual or entity participating in Salvatech's referral program or maintaining a commercial alliance agreement with Salvatech.
  • "Personal Data": any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, collected or processed by Salvatech through any channel or means.
  • "Services": the full scope of services provided by Salvatech through any channel or means, whether currently offered or introduced in the future.
Section 03
Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources and through any channel, including email, messaging platforms, telephone, websites, digital tools, written forms, and in-person communications. The categories below are illustrative and not exhaustive. If you do not provide information when requested, we may be unable to provide certain Services or fulfill our obligations.

3.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily provide when registering for or using our Services, communicating with us, entering into an agreement with us, or interacting with us through any channel. This may include names, contact details, company information, billing information, and any other information you choose to provide.

3.2 Resource Information

In connection with the coordination of Resource engagements, we may collect and process personal information relating to Resources, including without limitation:

  • Identification and contact information
  • Professional background, qualifications, and work history
  • Compensation and payroll-related information
  • Tax and social security identification, as required by applicable law
  • Banking details for compensation disbursement
  • Performance and attendance records
  • Medical or leave-related information, to the extent required by law or the terms of the engagement
  • Any other information received in connection with the coordination of the engagement

Such information may be initially collected by authorized third parties engaged by Salvatech to support operations in the applicable jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.

3.3 Partner Information

We may collect information relating to Partners and their representatives in connection with referral programs or commercial arrangements. Partners are responsible for ensuring that any personal data shared with Salvatech has been collected lawfully.

3.4 Other Individuals

We may collect personal information from any individual who interacts with us in any capacity, including prospective Clients, referred candidates, business contacts, and any other party that provides information to us by any means.

3.5 Automatically Collected Data

When you use our digital properties, we may collect technical data automatically, including IP addresses, browser and device information, and usage data. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

3.6 Resource Information — Collection and Consent

With respect to Resources, personal information may be collected or received by Salvatech through any means, including directly from the Resource, from the Client, or from any authorized third party acting in connection with the coordination of the engagement. By participating in any activity coordinated by or on behalf of Salvatech, or by having their information submitted to Salvatech by any party in connection with a potential or active engagement, a Resource acknowledges that their personal information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Where applicable, authorized third parties engaged by Salvatech may reference this Policy as part of the Resource's onboarding or engagement documentation.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Coordinate engagements and fulfill our obligations toward Clients and authorized third parties
  • Communicate with you regarding the Services through any channel
  • Administer referral and commercial alliance programs
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, labor, and regulatory obligations
  • Prevent and detect fraud and protect the security of our Services
  • Develop new services, features, and capabilities
  • For marketing purposes, where permitted by applicable law
  • For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or consistent with those described above

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for their own independent commercial or marketing purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where required by applicable law, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests, where not overridden by your rights; or your explicit consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We do not share or disclose personal data except as described below.

  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share personal data with our affiliates and subsidiaries to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services.
  • Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors, service providers, and other third parties retained in connection with the provision of our Services, including entities that assist with operations, technology, payments, communications, and compliance. Such parties are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Partners. We may share information with Partners to the extent necessary to administer referral programs and fulfill commercial alliance obligations.
  • Payment Processors. To the extent we use third-party payment processors, such processors collect and process payment information directly on their own systems. We do not collect, store, or control sensitive payment credentials. Payment information is governed exclusively by the applicable processor's own terms and privacy policy. We expressly disclaim all liability arising from the collection, processing, or security of payment information by any third-party payment processor. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policy of any payment processor used in connection with the Services.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose personal data when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Salvatech, its affiliates, or others.
  • Business Transfers. We may disclose and transfer personal data to service providers, advisors, potential transaction partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction, including a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or dissolution of Salvatech or any of its affiliates.
  • Consent. We may also share personal data with your permission or at your direction.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to protect personal data through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed entirely secure, and we make no warranty as to the absolute security of any personal data. We will take prompt action to address any confirmed security incident in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights

Section 11
Third-Party Services

Our website and digital tools may link to or integrate with third-party services not operated by Salvatech. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

Section 12
Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware of such data, we will take prompt steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Your continued engagement with Salvatech after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
